Shipping & Orders

Shipments

We ship our orders within 5-7 business days. We ship Monday to Friday from our fulfillment office in California, Hong Kong, and Thailand depending on the products and collection. 

If you encounter shipping delays, don't worry. It usually takes about 2 business days to resolve shipping issues. During the holiday season such as Christmas and New Year, some items/parcels may take up to 3 business days to handle. However, if your tracking is on hold or paused for more than 3-4 business days, please contact our support team. We are very happy to assist you. 

For some shipments, delays are also caused by customs processing. Different items are shipped from different areas of our fulfillment office in California, Hong Kong, and Thailand. It is very normal to encounter customs processing for some shipments.  

Please note that the carriers and shipping companies handle the parcels for us, and we have no control over delays. However, we can help you quickly contact them if you encounter shipping issues. Please note that if your tracking shows that your parcel is already in your City or Town, you can directly contact your shipping provider. This is a very quick and easy way to get direct updates and delivery.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Please email us ASAP if you need to cancel your order or make any changes. If your order is still in the fulfillment process we can proceed the cancellation. However, once your order leaves our fulfillment office, we no longer have control over your parcel and the cancellation/changes cannot be made. 

You can return your order to us after you have received it. The items must be returned in the same condition with no damages to the items unwashed and unworn. Once your items go through an inspection process, our fulfillment team will notify us to refund the items to you. This is the same as an exchange or making changes to the order. You will need to return it, get a refund, and make a new order.

In this case, we are unable to refund your shipment costs. Therefore, please double check your order details and shipping information before you checkout.
