Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

All purchases are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date.

For some sales/discounted items are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, do not worry, we will write a non return disclaimer in the product description, if that product cannot be returned. 

To return the items, please email us within 14 days and our support team will assist you within 24 hours. The items must be returned in the same condition with no damages to the items unwashed and unworn. Once your items go through an inspection process, our fulfillment team will notify us to proceed with the refund.  

Exchange

At KARHOLD, a return and exchange are the same process. You will need to return it, get a refund, and make a new order.

Non Returnable Cases

For hygienic reasons underwear, earrings, masks and socks, swimwear (bottoms) cannot be returned or exchanged. Washed and worn items are also not eligible for a refund. Please do not remove the tagging or price tag on the product if you wish to return them. 

Orders made with gift cards / discount codes / coupons can only refunded in the form of a gift card. 

How Long for a Refund?

Once your parcel arrives back to the fulfillment office and has gone through the inspection process, you will receive a refund within 3-7 business days.
